Out-of-town general contractors often require a dependable subcontractor to complete their projects efficiently. When MRS contacted us, our team stepped in to successfully meet the tight deadline for this Bath & Body Works build-out at Lakeside Mall.
Key components of the project included: cold-formed metal framing, suspended gypsum board ceiling systems, temporary barricades, wood blocking, drywall, plywood sheathing, and high-quality drywall finishes.
Napoleon Ave Medical Building
New Orleans, LA
Our team partnered with Corporate Realty to transform the first floor of an eight-story medical facility. This commercial renovation focuses on a full redesign of the lobby area and a modernization of the elevator system.
Key project elements include: removal of the existing flooring, installation of new tilework, updates to the linear wood wall paneling and ceiling systems, and a complete upgrade of the elevator cabs.
Ashley Place Apartments

After the Baton Rouge area experienced severe flooding, we stepped in to help residents with numerous reconstruction projects. One notable effort involved the Ashley Place Apartments, where 60 units were damaged and required extensive rebuilding. Collaborating with North Star Recovery, our team ensured the project was completed efficiently and met the high standards expected.
Key aspects of the work included: demolition, drywall installation, finishes, doors, wood trim, and painting.
Belle Mead Shopping Center
